7 Days DOA Guarantee Policy
If le item vous received est damaged, please contact us within 7 days of le order being received et fournir le transparent et valid proof (photos or video of le item et le SKU number). Geeetech va verify le case et negotiate compensation solutions avec vous according to le extent of damage, such as partial refund/resending accessories/resending a new product, etc.
7 Days Missing/Wrong Items Guarantee Policy
Quand vous sign for le package, we highly recommend vous to unpack et check le item(s). If there est an item missing, a wrong item or secondary packaging, please kindly contact us within 7 days après le date of receipt et fournir le product information ( SKU number/order number ) et le related proof ( eg: transparent photos of le package, photos or video of received item et package weight ).
If Geeetech confirm it as a non-customer problem ( eg: missing items, wrong items, or product incompleteness caused by logistics ), we va arrange reshipment of accessories/partial refund/a new replacement/return et replacement based on le specific case.
Product Quality Guarantee Policy
Geeetech fournir qualité warranty service if there sont any qualité problems or non-human caused problems. Warranty time starts from le time when vous receive le goods et last 1 year. Please note that any overdue requests va not be accepted.
Reference of Quality Guarantee Solutions:
1. Refund: partial refund/full refund/return et refund.
2. Reship: resend partial products/a new replacement.
3. Repair or exchange.
Note:
1. For products purchased avec large promotional discounts ( snatch, half-et-above discounts, free gifts, giveaways, etc ), if there sont any qualité issues, refund est le only available option.

-modify, delete, customize or exchange product components
